World Mental Health Day at Cleethorpes Library

Comments Off on World Mental Health Day at Cleethorpes Library

Lincs Inspire’s Wellbeing Chapter team will be hosting a free morning of taster sessions designed to support wellbeing, build confidence and help you connect with others. Try mindfulness, enjoy Singing for Wellbeing, discover Rhythm and Resistance, and meet the team behind our regular wellbeing activities.

This is a chance to try three of the library’s much-loved weekly activities in a relaxed, welcoming setting. They are all part of The Wellbeing Chapter, a project funded by Arts Council England and run by Lincs Inspire Libraries across North East Lincolnshire.

Here’s what you can expect:

Mindfulness – A gentle guided practice that can help people develop tools to calm the mind and manage stress.

Rhythm and Resistance – An easy-to-follow movement session set to music, designed to be accessible and suitable for all abilities.

Singing for Wellbeing – An uplifting group activity that uses singing to support mood, confidence and social connection.

Everyone is welcome. Come along, try something new and find out how our wellbeing programmes can help you live well, stay active and feel connected.
